Группа компаний Кастор приглашает на работу на постоянное место работы Руководителя кадровой службы с подбором персонала в единственном числе

Обязанности:

  • Ведение кадрового делопроизводства в единственном числе до 150 чел (прием, перевод, увольнение, отпуска, больничные листы, ведение ТК, личных карточек, оформление трудовых договоров, доп. соглашений, сдача отчетности, перевахтовка, покупка билетов).
  • Знание вахтового метода работы (четкий контроль графиков вахты, графиков межвахты) - обязательно.
  • Приобретение билетов работникам при перевахтовке, создание маршрутов.
  • Учет и оформление табеля учета рабочего времени работников.
  • Подбор персонала, организация трудоустройства.
  • Составление аналитической отчетности (для управляющей компании, статистика, ПФР и.т.д.).

Требования:

  • Образование среднее спец, неполное высшее, высшее.
  • Уверенный пользователь ПК, MS Office, 1С:Зарплата и Управление персоналом 8.3.
  • Опыт работы в области кадрового делопроизводства не менее 3 лет.
  • Отличное знание трудового законодательства, кадрового делопроизводства, знание порядка расчета северных надбавок.
  • Организаторские способности, грамотная речь, активная жизненная позиция.
Условия:
  • Офис в г. Новый Уренгой. Выезд на 5 дней в Коротчаево на производственную базу для перевахтовки персонала.
  • Рабочий день с 9.00 по 18.00, понедельник - пятница, перерыв на обед 1 час.
  • Оформление в соответствии с ТК РФ, бессрочный трудовой договор.
  • Официальная заработная плата/оплата больничных, отпусков, доп отпуск.
