This position is responsible for overseeing the billing process for customers. This can include processing payments, maintaining organized financial records, and calculating bill totals. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.\nWhat You Will Be Doing As ABilling Specialist:\nCreate charts and graphs, using computer spreadsheets, to illustrate technical reports\nSearch financial statements for payment errors or inconsistencies\nCreate invoices and billing materials to be sent to customers\nInput payment history, upcoming payment information, or other financial information\nCalculate and track company financial statements\nCollaborate with customers, third-party institutions, and other team members to resolve billing errors and inconsistencies\nFind financial solutions for customers who may need payment assistance\nHelp with new projects, report results to Senior Leadership\nOur Ideal Billing Specialist Candidate Has:\nCommunication: e xpress ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization\nOrganizing and planning: develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner\nAnalytical thinking: determine the essential function of each task in a detailed, goal-driven manner with strong multitasking abilities\nOffice software acumen - comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases.
