The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP Activate methodology, project governance, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and cloud ERP transformation programs.\nThis role will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and client expectations while ensuring successful adoption of SAP best practices and Fit-to-Standard processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end SAP GROW implementation projects utilizing the SAP Activate methodology.\n\nManage all project phases including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy, and Run.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and delivery milestones.\n\nFacilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and support business process alignment with SAP best practices.\n\nCoordinate functional, technical, integration, data migration, testing, and change management workstreams.\n\nMonitor project scope, budget, risks, issues, and dependencies.\n\nConduct project governance meetings, steering committee sessions, and executive status reviews.\n\nEnsure adherence to SAP implementation standards, quality controls, and delivery governance.\n\nManage client communications and serve as the primary point of contact for project delivery.\n\nDrive cutover planning, go-live readiness assessments, deployment activities, and hypercare support.\n\nCollaborate with SAP, implementation partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.\n\nPromote Clean Core principles and cloud-first implementation strategies.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n5+ years of SAP project management experience.\n\nProven experience managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP ERP implementation projects.\n\nHands-on experience applying SAP Activate methodology.\n\nExperience leading cloud ERP transformation projects.\n\nStrong knowledge of project governance, risk management, budgeting, and stakeholder management.\n\nExperience working with global and distributed teams.\n\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP Activate Project Manager Certification (Highly Preferred).\n\nSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition implementation experience.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.\n\nExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).\n\nExperience managing multi-country or global deployments.\n\nConsulting or System Integrator background.\n\nRequired Skills\nSAP Activate Methodology\n\nSAP GROW\n\nSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition\n\nProject Management\n\nERP Transformation\n\nRisk & Issue Management\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nResource Planning\n\nBudget Management\n\nFit-to-Standard Workshops\n\nChange Management\n\nExecutive Communication\n\nKey Deliverables\nApproved project plans and governance framework.\n\nSuccessful completion of all SAP Activate project phases.\n\nOn-time and on-budget project execution.\n\nRisk mitigation and issue resolution management.\n\nSuccessful go-live and transition to support operations.\n\nHigh customer satisfaction and adoption rates.\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation package\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nFlexible working conditions, with remote options available.\nDynamic and supportive work environment.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nKATBOTZ LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
