The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing SAP Cloud ERP projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.\nThis role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and SAP Activate methodology experience to drive successful cloud transformation initiatives for global clients.\nKey Responsibilities\nProject Leadership & Delivery\nLead end-to-end SAP GROW implementation projects from initiation through go-live and hypercare.\n\nDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, resource plans, and budgets.\n\nEnsure project delivery aligns with agreed scope, quality standards, and client expectations.\n\nManage multiple workstreams including functional, technical, integration, testing, data migration, and change management activities.\n\nCoordinate internal teams, client stakeholders, SAP resources, and third-party partners.\n\nGovernance & Stakeholder Management\nEstablish project governance structures and reporting mechanisms.\n\nConduct regular project status meetings, steering committee presentations, and executive updates.\n\nManage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all project levels.\n\nTrack project performance using key metrics and success indicators.\n\nEnsure timely escalation and resolution of project issues and risks.\n\nRisk & Quality Management\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.\n\nMonitor project health and proactively address schedule, resource, or budget challenges.\n\nEnsure adherence to SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.\n\nOversee project quality assurance and delivery governance processes.\n\nSupport change control and scope management activities.\n\nSAP GROW Implementation Support\nFacilitate Fit-to-Standard workshops and project planning sessions.\n\nCoordinate testing, training, deployment, and cutover activities.\n\nSupport organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.\n\nEnsure successful transition from implementation to post-go-live support.\n\nPromote SAP best practices and Clean Core principles throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.\n\n10+ years of project management experience, including SAP implementation projects.\n\n3+ years of experience managing SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP Cloud ERP projects.\n\nStrong experience with:\n\nSAP GROW\n\nSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition\n\nSAP Activate Methodology\n\nAgile and Hybrid Delivery Models\n\nRisk and Issue Management\n\nProject Governance\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nProven ability to manage distributed and global project teams.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nSAP Activate Project Manager Certification.\n\nPMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or Agile certification.\n\nSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition experience.\n\nExperience with SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) projects.\n\nExperience managing multi-country or global ERP deployments.\n\nConsulting or system integrator background.\n\nKey Skills\nSAP GROW\n\nSAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition\n\nSAP Activate\n\nProject Management\n\nProgram Governance\n\nRisk & Issue Management\n\nBudget & Resource Management\n\nExecutive Communication\n\nAgile Delivery\n\nChange Management\n\nStakeholder Management\n\nERP Transformation\n\nBenefits\nCompetitive compensation package\nOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.\nFlexible working conditions, with remote options available.\nDynamic and supportive work environment.\nEqual Employment Opportunity\nKATBOTZ LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
