Develop data pipelines, feature engineering processes, and model evaluation frameworks. Implement AI/ML algorithms for forecasting, classification, recommendation, and automation use cases. Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance standards are maintained. Mentor junior data scientists and support best practices across the team. Stay updated with emerging technologies and advancements in Data Science and AI. Required Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Advanced Analytics. Strong expertise in Python, R, SQL, and statistical analysis. Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google GCP. Experience with big data and analytics platforms such as Databricks Databricks, Snowflake Snowflake, or Spark. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, NLP, forecasting, and predictive analytics. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.\nPreferred\nQualifications Experience working on AI/LLM or Generative AI projects. Knowledge of MLOps and model deployment pipelines. Experience working with distributed/global teams.
