We are committed to attracting, developing, and retaining top talent to support our strategic objectives.\nYour Opportunity\nAs a Project Manager at Kathairos, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of engineering projects that drive methane emission elimination and clean energy innovation. Drawing on your engineering background, you’ll bridge technical design with practical implementation, overseeing proposals, equipment selection, installation, and post-deployment performance. This is a customer-facing role: you’ll be in front of operators regularly, at their offices, on their well sites, and in business reviews, representing Kathairos as their technical and project lead. Collaborating with Sales, Operations, Customers, and key stakeholders, you’ll ensure every project meets its scope, schedule, and budget while exceeding customer and regulatory expectations. If you are an engineer with strong project leadership and customer-focused experience who is confident in front of clients and thrives on hands-on problem-solving, technical execution, and building lasting relationships that deliver measurable environmental impact, we would love to work with you.\nYour Responsibilities\nTechnical Sales & Applications Engineering \nProvide technical and applications engineering support for bids and proposals, ensuring solutions meet customer and regulatory requirements. \nEvaluate site data to estimate methane emissions and prepare technical reports and proposals. \nCollaborate with Sales and Business Development to define scope, select equipment, and confirm availability to meet timelines. \nMaintain a solid understanding of emission reduction regulations and their impact on project design. \nProject Execution & Leadership \nLead end-to-end project delivery - from proposal through installation and handover - ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and budget objectives. \nPrepare and maintain project documentation, coordinate stakeholders, and lead key meetings (kickoff, handoff, closure). \nManage risks and ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and safety requirements. \nOversee post-installation performance monitoring to ensure customer satisfaction and operational success. \nStakeholder Engagement & Communication\nServe as the primary, customer-facing contact for operators, vendors, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nRepresent Kathairos in person with customers, including site visits, kickoff and handoff meetings, technical presentations, and business reviews.\nProvide clear and timely project updates, reports, and technical presentations to customer stakeholders at field, engineering, and management levels.\nPartner with Operations and Business Development to ensure excellent project outcomes and long-term client relationships.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers to drive collaboration and performance.\nPost-Deployment Support & Continuous Improvement \nSupport commissioning, operation, and maintenance of deployed systems to ensure sustained performance. \nSupport regular business reviews to assess asset performance, optimize operations, and identify growth opportunities. \nDrive continuous improvement by standardizing tools, documentation, and processes. \nMaintain long-term customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and identify new service opportunities.\nWhat you offer\nRequired (Must have): \nBachelor's degree in mechanical, Chemical, or Petroleum Engineering. \n3-5 years of experience in project engineering or technical project management, ideally in energy, industrial gas, or oil & gas sectors. \nProven ability to manage full project lifecycles and coordinate across technical and commercial teams. \nStrong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. \nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. \nStrong drive for innovation and sustainability. \nWillingness to travel occasionally within North America.\nValued (Nice to have):\nProfessional Engineer (P.E.) license or equivalent professional certification. \nProject Management certification such as PMP or CAPM. \nExperience with emissions reduction technologies or clean energy systems. \nWhy Kathairos:\nCompetitive Total Rewards, Salary + Annual Performance Bonus \nPaid Time Off including 5 Flex Days \nHealth & Dental benefits start day one \n401K Matching\nCareer Growth and Development opportunities \nAt Kathairos, our people inspire our purpose.We value the creativity and success that comes from collaborating with a diverse team of individuals.
