The Litigation Paralegal will work closely with attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case management, discovery, motion practice, depositions, trial preparation, and court filings. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced law firm environment while delivering exceptional client service.Responsibilities and Duties\nAssist attorneys with case strategy, motion practice, pleadings, and other litigation-related filings.\nUtilize existing case files, legal databases, and research resources to gather and develop information relevant to pending matters.\nDraft discovery requests and responses, including Requests for Production, Interrogatories, Requests for Admission, Notices for Discovery and Inspection, and related documents.\nMaintain and organize electronic and physical case files.\nTrack litigation deadlines, court dates, discovery schedules, and filing requirements.\nCoordinate depositions, mediations, hearings, arbitrations, and trial logistics.\nReview, summarize, and organize deposition transcripts and testimony.\nPrepare and organize exhibits for motions, depositions, discovery responses, hearings, arbitrations, and trial.\nPrepare trial, hearing, arbitration, and mediation binders and notebooks.\nAssist with drafting pleadings, motions, proposed orders, requests for judicial notice, evidentiary objections, continuance applications, and other litigation documents.\nPrepare and electronically file documents in state, federal, and appellate courts while ensuring compliance with court rules, procedures, and deadlines.\nPrepare timelines, case chronologies, demonstrative exhibits, and witness materials.\nDraft routine legal correspondence.\nReview outgoing document productions, including redacting, Bates labeling, and quality control review.\nPrepare litigation hold notices, preservation letters, subpoenas, and document requests.\nConduct legal research using LexisNexis and other legal research platforms.\nConduct factual investigations, public records research, and social media research to support litigation matters.\nReview, summarize, and analyze medical records and other case-related records to assist in the defense of claims and litigation matters.\nCommunicate with clients, experts, vendors, court personnel, and opposing counsel as directed.\nAssist attorneys with trial, arbitration, and hearing preparation, including exhibit management, witness coordination, and preparation of trial notebooks.\nPerform other duties as assigned in support of the firm's litigation practice and office operations.\nQualifications\nParalegal Certificate required.\nMinimum of 3 years of litigation paralegal experience required; 5+ years preferred.\nEmployment litigation experience preferred.\nExperience supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and trial preparation.\nExperience with legal case management systems, document management platforms, e-discovery tools, and legal research platforms such as LexisNexis.\nNEOS experience preferred.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and litigation support technology.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to analyze legal documents and identify inconsistencies or issues requiring attorney review.\nAbility to manage multiple assignments and meet competing deadlines in a fast-paced
