This role will own the go-to-market strategy for Risk Advisory Services practice and translate leadership priorities into positioning, campaigns, content, sales enablement, and business development initiatives that drive qualified pipeline, client wins, brand awareness, and long-term client loyalty. The Service Line Marketer will sit within the Marketing Center of Excellence, with a dotted line to the Risk Advisory Practice Leader. This individual will be embedded within the practice and work closely with leadership, professionals, Business Development, and Marketing team members across content, digital, PR, operations, and events.\nOwn and execute the go-to-market strategy for Risk Advisory, aligning marketing and business development efforts with practice priorities.\nDevelop and refine positioning, differentiators, and ideal client profiles to support market growth and firm strategy.\nLead integrated marketing campaigns, including webinars, thought leadership, account-based marketing, events, email nurture, and LinkedIn initiatives.\nPartner with subject matter experts to develop articles, whitepapers, case studies, client-ready materials, and other thought leadership content.\nCreate sales enablement tools, including proposals, pitch decks, talk tracks, competitive insights, and pursuit materials.\nSupport pipeline growth by building target account lists, monitoring funnel activity, and facilitating regular pipeline and account reviews.\nPartner with Marketing, Business Development, and practice leadership to leverage shared resources and ensure alignment across initiatives.\nOversee event strategy and execution, including sponsorships, partnerships, and post-event follow-up to maximize ROI.\nTrack, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, ensuring CRM accuracy and delivering actionable insights to leadership.\nRequirements\nSkills You’ll Bring\n3+ years of experience in B2B marketing or business development, ideally within accounting, consulting, financial services, or a professional services environment.\nExperience with go-to-market strategy, campaign development, and account-based marketing.\nStrong writing and editing skills, with the ability to translate complex subject matter into clear, compelling client-facing content.\nExperience developing sales enablement materials and supporting proposal or pursuit processes.\nExposure to CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo.\nFamiliarity with digital marketing channels, including SEO, AEO, GEO, SEM, paid social, and LinkedIn.\nStrong analytical skills with an understanding of KPIs, pipeline metrics, and campaign performance.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, projects, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with senior team members.\nHow You’ll Stand Out\nFamiliarity with the industry or practice ecosystem most closely connected to Risk Advisory.\nExperience building and executing integrated marketing campaigns that directly contribute to pipeline growth and revenue.\nDemonstrated ability to support strategic messaging and thought leadership development.\nExperience leading cross-functional initiatives and navigating complex stakeholder environments.\nA proactive, strategic mindset with the confidence to challenge ideas, prioritize effectively, and offer solutions.\nBenefits\nWe embrace authenticity.Kaufman Rossin is an equal-opportunity employer.
