are looking for a QA Lead to own and evolve the quality assurance function across our fintech products and engineering teams.\n\nYou will be responsible not only for testing, but for building a scalable quality strategy: defining QA processes, improving automation, introducing quality gates, coordinating testing across services and platforms, and ensuring that releases are predictable, stable, and production-ready.\n\nOur platform includes mobile applications, web applications, third-party integrations, payment flows, KYC/KYB, card processing, crypto operations, and other financial services.\n\nResponsibilities\n\nOwn the overall QA strategy, processes, standards, and best practices across the engineering organization.\n\nLead and mentor QA engineers, define areas of responsibility, and help the team grow technically.\n\nDefine and continuously improve the testing approach for backend, web, mobile, and integration-heavy systems.\n\nEstablish clear quality gates for development, CI/CD, release, and production deployment.\n\nBuild and maintain a balanced test strategy covering:API and integration testing;\n\nend-to-end testing;\n\nregression testing;\n\nmobile application testing;\n\nweb application testing;\n\nperformance and reliability testing;\n\nsecurity-related testing where applicable.\nDrive test automation and reduce dependency on repetitive manual regression testing.\n\nReview requirements and technical designs early in the development lifecycle to identify gaps, risks, and test scenarios before implementation starts.\n\nWork closely with developers, architects, product managers, business analysts, DevOps, and security teams.\n\nCoordinate testing of integrations with external providers, including payment, banking, KYC, AML, card-processing, and other third-party systems.\n\nDefine release-readiness criteria and participate in Go/No-Go decisions.\n\nEstablish defect management processes, severity/prioritization rules, RCA practices, and quality metrics.\n\nTrack and improve key QA metrics such as escaped defects, regression stability, automation coverage, test execution time, and release quality.\n\nEnsure critical business flows are properly covered and protected against regressions.\n\nParticipate in production incident analysis and convert incidents into additional tests, controls, or process improvements.\n\nImprove test environments, test data management, mocks/stubs, and service virtualization where necessary.\n\nPromote a quality-first engineering culture where responsibility for quality is shared across the entire development team.\n\nWe are looking for someone who sees QA as an engineering discipline rather than a final testing phase.\n\nYou should be comfortable challenging requirements, identifying architectural and operational risks, defining appropriate levels of test coverage, and deciding where automation provides the greatest value.\n\nThe goal is to build a QA function that enables teams to release faster while reducing production risk, rather than creating an additional approval bottleneck.\n\nYou will have significant influence over how quality engineering is implemented across the company and will work directly with engineering and product
