The ideal candidate will have strong systems administration experience, excellent troubleshooting skills, and the ability to support users in mission-critical environments.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\n\n-Install, configure, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair computer hardware and software in enterprise environments.\n\n-Support and maintain enterprise server infrastructure across multiple networks.\n\n-Perform Tier II troubleshooting for hardware, software, VDI, and cloud infrastructure issues.\n\n-Administer VMware vSphere and virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) environments.\n\n-Troubleshoot VDI sessions, virtual machines, FSLogix profiles, and remote desktop services.\n\n-Install software, patches, and security updates while maintaining compliance with security requirements and ACAS scans.\n\n-Provide remote technical support to users at worldwide locations using remote access and desktop-mirroring tools.\n\n-Troubleshoot Microsoft Office, email, hardware, and other end-user technology issues.\n\n-Create and maintain DNS entries and service accounts in accordance with engineering requirements.\n\n-Support enterprise print services and infrastructure, including HP and Lexmark environments.\n\n-Utilize ServiceNow to document, track, and resolve user support requests.\n\n-Apply diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate root causes, and recommend solutions.\n\n-Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies and enterprise systems.\n\n-Provide surge and after-hours support, including 24/7 availability as required by the customer.\n\n-May coach or review the work of less-experienced personnel and serve as a team or task lead;
