customer-focused approach, ensuring clear communication and high-quality work outcomes Required competencies and certifications \nMinimum 1 years of troubleshooting experience in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems\n Strong automation background essential for effective service delivery \nProficient in using MS Office applications for documentation and communication
