Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.\nJob Summary\nRobotics Test & Reliability Engineer is responsible for improving system performance through control tuning, reliability testing and comprehensive validation of electro-mechanical robots and controllers. Design and execute test plans, developing automated test scripts, implementing corrective actions and driving continuous improvement initiatives.\nCore Role Responsibilities\nEnhances robot performance by tuning control systems\nGenerates reliability test plans and executes them\nConducts functional and reliability testing on single and multi-link robots and controllers\nPerforms firmware regression testing, identifies technical issues, and works with software engineering to resolve\nDesigns, fabricates, validates, qualifies, and sets up test equipment, jigs and fixtures\nCreates test scripts to automate test conditions\nCollects test data, performs analysis, and presents findings\nTroubleshoot electrical & mechanical failures and malfunctions and reports finding\nInvestigates product failures, determines root cause, generates containment, plans & implements corrective actions\nInitiates CIPs and process improvement projects and completes them in alignment with org. vision\nImplements & maintains 5S methodologies and lean practices in the lab\nDesign & qualify test fixtures\nMaintain a lean and organized lab environment\nAll other duties as assigned.\nQualifications\na.
