Our focus is on building the best travel search engine to make it easier for everyone to experience the world.\nWe’re looking for a strategic, creative, and execution-focused LATAM Marketing Coordinator to support brand marketing for KAYAK in the LATAM region. This role requires strong local market knowledge, media planning understanding, and the ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and external partners.\nYou’ll be responsible for driving brand awareness, relevance, and preference through localized marketing strategies, integrated campaign execution, and strategic brand partnerships.\n This role will be required to work from our Miami, FL office 3 days per week.\nPlease submit your CV in English\nIn this role, you will:\nSupport the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across LATAM markets (primarily Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia), ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and insights are captured along the way\n\nManage the monthly organic social media content calendar, incorporating regional events, cultural moments, and promotions to maintain a consistent and relevant brand presence\n\nMonitor trends, current events, and conversations in the social media landscape to identify opportunities for the brand to engage authentically with audiences across the region\n\nContribute ideas for social media campaigns and content that connect with local audiences.\n\nCollaborate with internal teams - including PR/Communications, Performance Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Media - as well as external agencies and freelancers, to support the delivery of multi-channel marketing programs\n\nAssist with media planning and buying activities, including supporting media negotiations, providing feedback on creative execution, trafficking campaigns, and contributing to post-campaign analysis\n\nPrepare clear, data-informed reports on campaign performance, sharing findings and recommendations with the team to support continuous improvement\n\nHelp coordinate briefing processes for the creative team, ensuring briefs are clear, complete, and delivered on schedule\n\nSupport budget tracking and administrative tasks related to marketing activations, including vendor coordination and agreement management\n\nPlease apply if you have:\n1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media, advertising, or content - whether from an agency, a consumer brand, or a combination of both.
