To build a global community of fragrance lovers through the power of scent by providing the most innovative & luxurious fragrances, education, and sharing Middle Eastern fragrance rituals with the world.\nSummary\nKAYALI is looking for an Ecommerce Product Owner to support the continuous development, optimization and day-to-day management of our global eCommerce experience.\nWorking closely with the Senior Product Manager, this role will translate business priorities, customer needs and commercial initiatives into clear product requirements while also ensuring the website is operationally ready for product launches, campaigns and promotions.\nThe Product Owner will work at the intersection of eCommerce, technology, UX, content, marketing and operations, owning both the digital product backlog and selected hands-on Shopify activities required to bring commercial initiatives to life.\nThis role is ideal for someone who combines strong product ownership skills with a practical understanding of eCommerce trading and website operations.\nKey Responsibilities\nProduct Backlog & Agile Delivery\nOwn and maintain the digital commerce product backlog, ensuring priorities are aligned with the overall product roadmap and business objectives.\nTranslate business requirements, customer insights and commercial needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.\nWork closely with UX/UI designers, marketing and content team and external agencies throughout the delivery lifecycle.\nManage dependencies, blockers and delivery risks across multiple initiatives.\nSupport release planning, UAT and production validation.\nMonitor post-release performance and identify follow-up improvements.\nWebsite Management\nSupport the continuous evolution and day-to-day management of the KAYALI storefront.\nEnsure product information is accurate, complete and published according to agreed launch timelines.\nCreate and update collections, landing pages, navigation and onsite merchandising.\nCoordinate website changes required for campaigns, launches, gifting moments and commercial events.\nSupport configuration and testing of Shopify apps, promotions and new platform functionality.\nRequirements\nRequired Experience\n3+ years of experience in Product Owner, eCommerce, Digital Product or Business Analyst roles.\nHands-on experience with Shopify Plus or another enterprise eCommerce platform.\nExperience creating and managing products, collections and website content within an eCommerce CMS.\nExperience supporting product launches, campaigns or promotional activations.\nExperience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.\nExperience working closely with Marketing, Content, UX/UI and Engineering teams.\nBenefits\nPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage\n Find your Magic Days\n Volunteer Day\n Birthday Leave\n Egg Freezing Benefits\n Employee discounts on all Kayali products\n Quarterly product gifting\nKAYALI is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
