This is an opportunity for the right individual to develop a wide range of skills and gain experience working for a fast-growing online business with considerable creative freedom and strong ambitions. This role will report into the E-commerce Director and work closely with the E-commerce Product Manager and the Marketing Team.\nKPIs: Brand website conversion rate, user engagement (time spent, bounce rate), emails open/click rates, paid media campaigns performance.\nKey Responsibilities:\nWebsite Design:\nDesign and develop a visually captivating and responsive e-commerce website that aligns with the brand’s identity. \nEnsure the website design reflects the uniqueness, sophistication, and exclusivity of the brand. \nOptimize the website for a seamless user experience across all devices (desktop, mobile, tablet). \nUser Experience (UX) and Interface (UI) Design:\nDevelop intuitive navigation and interface designs that enhance user engagement and drive conversions. \nConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. \nEnsure the website is user-friendly, focusing on ease of navigation and a streamlined checkout process. \nBranding across Website, e-mailings and media campaigns:\nMaintain and enhance the brand’s visual identity across digital platforms and communication tools such as the brand website, the e-mailings/newsletters, and assets for paid media campaigns. \nCreate and implement design elements that convey the brand’s heritage and message. \nCollaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging across all online touchpoints. \nContent Creation and Management:\nWork with content creators to integrate high-quality images, videos, and graphics that showcase the quality of the products and offers. \nAssist the e-commerce team to regularly update the website and digital campaigns with content for new products & promotions, following the website animation plan. \nPerformance Monitoring and Optimization:\nMonitor website performance, including load times, responsiveness, and overall user engagement. \nUse analytics tools to track customer behaviour and optimize the website for higher conversion rates. \nImplement A/B testing to refine design elements and improve user experience. \nCollaboration and Project Management:\nCollaborate with the e-commerce product manager and the tech teams/agencies to implement design concepts and ensure functionality. \nWork closely with the marketing team to support digital campaigns and promotions and ensure brand consistency. \nManage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all web design tasks. \nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. \nProven experience in web design, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry. \nStrong portfolio showcasing high-end web design projects. \nProficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. \nUnderstanding of front-end developement and responsive design principles. \nExperience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce. \nExcellent understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices. \nStrong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics. \nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. \nPassion for premium branding and a deep appreciation for design. \nBenefits\nPremium Medical/Dental/Vision coverage\nFind Your Magic Days\nVolunteer Day\nProfessional Development Days\nBirthday leave\nEmployee discounts Kayali products\nProduct gifting\nEgg Freezing Benefits \nKayali is committed to building diverse and inclusive teams and upholding an equal employment workplace that is free from discrimination.
