Accounts Manager oversees client portfolios, drives revenue growth, and manages key commercial accounts, requires a Business or Finance Degree and 4+ years key account experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nClient Relationship Management\n\nBuild strong client relationships and understand business objectives/challenges.\n\nServe as the main contact for client inquiries, issues and requests.\n\nConduct daily check-ins to support satisfaction and identify collaboration opportunities.\n\nEnsure customer dues are paid within approved credit limits and keep customers informed of account status.\n\nStrategic Account Planning\n\nDevelop account plans to maximise revenue, profitability and account growth.\n\nAlign internal products, services and solutions with client needs.\n\nIdentify upselling/cross-selling opportunities and reactivate dormant accounts.\n\nIdentify upcoming projects, understand client requirements at every project stage, and build relationships accordingly.\n\nBuild strategic relationships with architects and engineers so products are specified for current/upcoming projects.\n\nCommunication, Resolution & Market Analysis\n\nCommunicate the company’s product/service value proposition effectively.\n\nCoordinate with Sales, Marketing, Logistics and Customer Support for seamless delivery.\n\nResolve key-account concerns promptly with internal teams.\n\nTrack industry trends, market conditions and competitors; identify opportunities/threats and provide recommendations.\n\nReporting & Analysis\n\nPrepare account-performance reports, including revenue forecasts and customer-satisfaction metrics.\n\nAnalyse data for trends, opportunities and improvement areas.\n\nKey Outputs\n\nEffective implementation of approved business plans and sales budgets.\n\nBusiness development through new-market growth and achievement of sales targets.\n\nHigh customer retention, improved customer relations and quality service delivery.\n\nSales reporting through development of sales dashboards.\n\nQualifications\n\nDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.\n\nProven experience in key account management or a similar role.\n\nProficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nSend your updated CV to  by 25th September 2026.
