Field Sales Representative conducts site visits, generates sales leads, and expands territorial market share, requires a Diploma/Degree in Sales or Marketing and 2+ years field sales experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nCustomer Relationship Management\n\nBuild relationships with builders, contractors, architects and other home-construction professionals.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor by understanding requirements and offering tailored solutions and ongoing support.\n\nVisit construction sites regularly to assess project needs and identify opportunities.\n\nSales & Business Development\n\nProspect and network for new business and potential customers in the home-construction market.\n\nPresent company products/solutions, highlighting features, benefits and value propositions.\n\nNegotiate pricing, terms and contracts to secure sales and achieve revenue targets.\n\nProduct Education & Training\n\nMaintain deep knowledge of the product portfolio.\n\nDeliver product training/demonstrations on proper usage, installation techniques and best practices.\n\nTrack industry trends, technology and competing offerings to position products effectively.\n\nProject Coordination & Support\n\nCoordinate with Logistics, Operations and Customer Service for timely delivery and smooth project execution.\n\nSupport customers across the project lifecycle, resolving inquiries/issues and overcoming challenges.\n\nCoordinate with contractors/subcontractors on installations and compliance with quality standards/specifications.\n\nReporting & Analysis\n\nMaintain accurate CRM records of sales activities, customer interactions and project details.\n\nReport on sales performance, market trends and customer feedback.\n\nAnalyse sales data/metrics to identify improvements and optimise sales effectiveness.\n\nKey Outputs\n\nAchieve agreed sales targets.\n\nCustomer retention, improved relationships and quality service to new/existing clientele.\n\nCompliance with departmental processes.\n\nQualifications\n\nDiploma in Business Administration, Marketing or related subjects.\n\nProven field-sales experience, preferably in construction/building materials.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nSend your updated CV to  by 25th September 2026.
