Sales Clerk processes customer orders, manages sales documentation, and assists walk-in clients, requires a Diploma in Sales/Business Administration and 3+ years retail experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nPrepare accurate daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales updates: daily by 10:00 a.m.; weekly on Mondays by close of business; monthly by the 3rd of the following month; quarterly by the 5th day of the first month of the following quarter.\n\nEnsure 100% accurate data input for customer/sales-order information: customer/project name, location, engineer, architect, developer, installer, phone, email, quotation/invoice numbers, etc.\n\nMaintain an up-to-date customer database.\n\nConsolidate daily/weekly/monthly quotations, invoices, tenders, BQs and sales by product category: Concrete & Paving Blocks, Concrete Roof Tiles, Concrete Pipes, Eurocon products, Tile Adhesives and Waterproofing.\n\nManage/retain portfolio customers; prepare monthly briefs on client movements, acquisitions and inactive clients.\n\nConduct monthly/quarterly customer exit surveys (template to be shared).\n\nPrepare accurate monthly customer-feedback reports (template to be shared).\n\nMaintain an updated customer-complaints register (template to be shared).\n\nUpdate daily sales-dashboard metrics: salesperson/region performance, quotations/conversions, truck turnaround, visit calls vs targets, tenders raised/submitted and BQs.\n\nGenerate actionable minutes accurately and promptly and circulate for action.\n\nMaintain sales files with correct labelling, zero misfiling and fast retrieval.\n\nKey Outputs\n\nAnnual territory business-plan development.\n\nAchievement of agreed team sales targets/outcomes.\n\nCustomer retention, improved relationships and quality service to existing clientele.\n\nCompliance with departmental processes/team-management routines.\n\nTimely, accurate sales reports for decision-making.\n\nA highly motivated field sales team.\n\nQualifications\n\nDiploma in Business Administration or equivalent.\n\n3 years’ experience in sales.\n\nSkills & Competencies\n\nDetail-oriented and organised, with strong sales/relationship-building skills\n\nHigh sensitivity/confidentiality with internal/external customers\n\nHigh accuracy and strong analytical ability\n\nGood numeracy, problem analysis and reporting skills\n\nHighest level of personal/professional integrity\n\nHow to Apply\n\nSend your updated CV to  by 25th September 2026.
