Sales Order Processing (SOP) Clerk tracks sales orders, coordinates dispatch timelines, and manages billing records, requires a Diploma in Supply Chain or Business Administration and 1+ years order processing experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOrder Processing & Data Entry\n\nEnter quotations, confirmed orders and delivery schedules in iScala.\n\nGenerate picking lists, proforma invoices and sales invoices from iScala.\n\nEnsure orders are recorded accurately and priced at approved rates.\n\nConfirm stock availability and allocate items.\n\nDocumentation & System Management\n\nMaintain customer records and sales transactions in iScala.\n\nAttach LPOs, payment slips, approvals and other supporting documents.\n\nFile/archive all order-processing documentation properly.\n\nCoordination & Communication\n\nLiaise with warehouse/dispatch for timely order preparation and dispatch.\n\nWork with sales/customer-service teams on order queries.\n\nUpdate stakeholders on order status and delivery timelines.\n\nCompliance & Internal Controls\n\nVerify orders meet credit, pricing and payment-term policies before processing.\n\nComply with internal controls on approvals/documentation.\n\nReport discrepancies, stock variances or unusual order patterns.\n\nHubSpot CRM Integration\n\nUpdate deal status in HubSpot when linked to an iScala order.\n\nLog order notes, documents and follow-ups in HubSpot.\n\nUse CRM to track order lifecycle and give sales teams visibility.\n\nKey Outputs\n\nAccurate/timely quotation and sales-order entry in iScala.\n\nCorrect picking lists, invoices and delivery documentation.\n\nAccurate, updated customer/product information.\n\nClear communication with Sales, Warehouse and Finance.\n\nProper document control and audit trail for processed orders.\n\nMaintained HubSpot CRM–iScala order linkage.\n\nQualifications\n\nDiploma/Certificate in Business Administration, Procurement or related field.\n\nBasic accounting or ERP systems training is an advantage.\n\n1–2 years’ experience in sales administration, data entry or order processing.\n\nFamiliarity with ERP (e.g., iScala) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot) is an advantage.\n\nManufacturing, distribution or logistics experience preferred.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nSend your updated CV to  by 25th September 2026.
