Technical Sales Engineer provides technical product specs to contractors, supports mix design queries, and drives material sales, requires a Civil Engineering or Building Construction Degree and 3+ years engineering sales experience.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nSales & Business Development\n\nIdentify, pursue and convert Beam & Block sales leads.\n\nBuild relationships with architects, engineers, developers, contractors and quantity surveyors.\n\nVisit sites to assess requirements and recommend solutions.\n\nFollow up quotations, close deals and support customer satisfaction through delivery.\n\nTechnical Support\n\nGive accurate advice on Beam & Block applications, designs and specifications.\n\nInterpret architectural/structural drawings to generate take-offs and support proposals.\n\nPrepare basic layouts or coordinate detailed drawings/installation guidance with design/drafting teams.\n\nConduct site assessments and propose custom Beam & Block solutions.\n\nClient Engagement & Education\n\nDeliver product presentations and technical workshops to prospective clients/partners.\n\nSupport Marketing with product knowledge and technical content such as brochures/case studies.\n\nTrain clients and staff on Beam & Block benefits and applications.\n\nProject Coordination\n\nCoordinate with Production/Logistics for accurate, timely delivery.\n\nMonitor project timelines, material usage and customer satisfaction.\n\nProvide market feedback to improve products/services.\n\nKey Outputs\n\nMonthly/quarterly Beam & Block sales targets.\n\nNew project wins and client conversions.\n\nAccurate, timely technical proposals.\n\nClient satisfaction and repeat business.\n\nCRM data input/management and HubSpot usage compliance.\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Construction Management or related field.\n\n3+ years in technical sales/project-based selling in construction.\n\nPrecast/flooring-system knowledge, including Beam & Block, is an advantage.\n\nAbility to read technical drawings; AutoCAD proficiency is a plus.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nSend your updated CV to  by 25th September 2026.
