The role requires strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to work across multiple automotive domains.\n\nRoles & Responsibilities : \n\n- Design, develop, integrate, and implement complex middleware solutions for automotive infotainment and cockpit systems.\n\n- Develop C++-based middleware components for Android/Linux-based IVI platforms.\n\n- Work across Android Framework, AOSP, HAL, and middleware layers.\n\nMiddleware Components : \n\n- Multimedia, Bluetooth, Projection, Tuner, Audio, HMI, System Infrastructure, Sensors, Diagnostics, and Vehicle SOTA.\n\n- Implement and customize HAL/VHAL interfaces and Android HIDL-based interfaces.\n\n- Understand and work with Android Framework module architecture and Android boot sequence.\n\n- Develop and integrate Inter-ECU and Intra-ECU IPC communication mechanisms.\n\n- Work with IPCL and messaging frameworks for automotive communication.\n\n- Support system startup/shutdown, fast boot, audio, multimedia, HMI, sensor integration, diagnostics, and other platform-level features.\n\n- Perform cross-compilation using appropriate Android, Linux, and QNX toolchains.\n\n- Develop and maintain build configurations using CMake, Gradle, and Soong.\n\n- Apply Object-Oriented Programming concepts and C++ design patterns to develop scalable and maintainable middleware.\n\n- Follow coding standards and guidelines such as MISRA C/C++ where applicable.\n\n- Debug and troubleshoot middleware, framework, HAL, and system-level issues.\n\n- Use ADB and other Android/Linux/QNX debugging tools for issue analysis and resolution.\n\n- Perform root-cause analysis and support customer deliveries and production issues.\n\n- Participate in design reviews, code reviews, integration activities, and technical discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with BSP, HMI, Framework, HAL, System, Vehicle, and other cross-functional teams.\n\nRequired Technical Skills : \n\n- Android / Automotive\n\n- Strong experience with Android AOSP / Android-based IVI or Cockpit systems.\n\n- Good understanding of Android Framework architecture.\n\n- Understanding of Android Boot Sequence.\n\n- Experience with HAL/VHAL implementation and customization.\n\n- Experience with Android HIDL interfaces.\n\nRequired Experience : \n\n- 4 -
