This role is ideal for an experienced scientist with expertise in protein analytics using LC-MS. You will serve as part of a collaborative team of scientists, performing analytical testing by various chromatographic techniques for proteins in early development through commercialization. This position requires a team player with a strong work ethic, ability to pivot with changing priorities, and curiosity and creativity to solve complex problems alongside peers.\nResponsibilities:\nDemonstrate expertise in LC-MS, HPLC/UPLC, and other common analytical techniques \nProvide method development support in addition to adhering to established methods for client programs \nExecute analytical experiments in support of product development and regulatory submissions \nGenerate high-quality documentation of experiments suitable for publication and regulatory review \nPerform peer reviews of data documented in ELNs and reports \nGlycan characterization experience is preferred but not required \nRequirements\nFor Scientist I:\nBS, MS, or Ph.D. in Biophysics, Biochemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering\nBS with 7 years of relevant experience \n\nMS with 5 years of relevant experience \n\nPh.D. with relevant experience \n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to present complex data to diverse audiences \nProficiency in scientific software and data analysis tools \nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment \nSalary:\nFor Scientist I: $85,000-$115,000\nFor Scientist II: $100,000-$125,000\nKBI Biopharma, Inc. is an EEO/AA employer and actively seeks to diversify its work force.
