At KBR, we care about our employees and the community.\nKBR is looking for Admin Assistant to be based in Abu Dhabi - UAE for UAE projects\nExperience required:\nAdministrating CICPA Security application (New & Renewals)\nAdministrating OPTIMA Cards (New & Renewals) & Port Passes\nOrganizing OFFSHORE and Onshore TRAININGS & Medical and other requirements of PMC Personnels\nMonitor and keep updated records of all ADNOC projects training data for timely renewal\nArrange PPE for all ADNOC project employees, as required.\nArranging air ticket and hotel stay for employees those are working at offshore locations on rotation cycle for all ADNOC projects\nHandling Expense report, Scrutiny of vendor Invoices for payment process, Coordinating with procurement team for Vendor contract renewal and creating\nArabic typing is added advantage\nMinimum 3-5 years of similar experience will be prefered\nInterested and suitable candidates please apply for the role.
