KBR’s areas of expertise include engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity.\nJob Summary\nThis role supports the Army Prepositioned Stocks - Four (APS-4) Program at Camp Carroll, Korea and Sagami General Depot, Japan. The Deputy Program Manager (DPM) ensures compliance with all safety, environmental, and KBR’s Zero Harm policies. The DPM assists the Program Manager (PM) and serves as the acting PM during his/her absence, overseeing entire KBR contractor operations and serving as the main point of contact.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nManage a maintenance and supply COSIS supporting APS-4 Logistics Operations.\n\nMaintain strong relationships and coordinate closely with customers and key stakeholders.\n\nEnsure each department meets monthly and annual production goals.\n\nWork with KBR HR on staffing, pay, discipline, and performance goals.\n\nEnsure equipment is configured to meet APS-4 mission requirements.\n\nImplement training programs to ensure staff are qualified to perform their duties.\n\nSupport planning and successful execution of Performance Work Statement (PWS) tasks.\n\nCollaborate with customers on contract-related responsibilities.\n\nEnsure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards as they pertain to the entire program.\n\nOversee internal site audits for quality and procedural compliance.\n\nEnsure all required reports (CDRL) are submitted and received on time.\n\nPromote a safety-first culture (Zero Harm).\n\nSupport Key Leader Engagements (KLEs), equipment issues/receipts for unit draws, training, and real-world contingency missions.\n\nPerform other assigned duties as needed.\n\nBasic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)\nU.S. Citizen with a valid U.S. passport.\n\nPossess an active Secret Clearance is mandatory.\n\nMust qualify for US EXAPAT Invited Contractor Status and SOFA Visa (per USFK Reg 700-19).\n\nBachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations, Business, or related Engineering field.\n\nEquivalent military maintenance program and supply chain management experience may substitute for formal education.\n\nMinimum 10 years of U.S. Army logistics support operations experience, including 7 years in program/project management experience with leadership responsibility.\n\nAbility to follow all work methods, quality standards, and timelines.\n\nStrong communication skills in English.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Suites.\n\nCritical and strategic thinking skills.\n\nMust pass initial and periodic medical screenings.\n\nPreferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)\nPrior military Logistics Officer, Warrant Officer, or Senior NCO.\n\nStrong analytical skills for data compilation and trend analysis.\n\nCompletion of advanced leadership or certified project management courses (or equivalent).\n\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
