These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and manage all maintenance activities for the **Aromatics (Derivatives) Area, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operation in accordance with Company standards.\nExecute and oversee mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and rotating equipment maintenance for Aromatics/Derivatives process units.\nEnsure timely execution and reporting of maintenance activities through the CMMS system.\nSupport Planning & Scheduling and Reliability teams in maintenance optimization, bad actor analysis, and equipment reliability improvement.\nLead maintenance execution during plant shutdowns, turnarounds, and major equipment overhauls.\nManage day-to-day maintenance teams and contractors while ensuring strict compliance with HSE policies and procedures.\nPrepare weekly maintenance performance reports and participate in maintenance review meetings.\nDevelop maintenance personnel through technical coaching and job-specific training in coordination with HR.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 20 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - High School.\nMinimum 15 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - Diploma.\nMinimum 10 years' experience in Oil & Gas / Petrochemical maintenance - Bachelor Degree.\nSaudi National.\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent (Diploma with significant relevant experience may be considered).\n**Mandatory maintenance experience in Aromatics/Derivatives units such as PX (Paraxylene), Benzene, Cumene, Cyclohexane, Styrene, Phenol, Acetone, PTA, or related derivative plants. Candidates with only refinery or utility experience will not be considered.**\nStrong knowledge of rotating equipment, static equipment, fired heaters, compressors, pumps, heat exchangers, reactors, columns, piping systems, and associated maintenance best practices.\nProven experience managing maintenance contracts, plant turnarounds, shutdowns, reliability programs, and CMMS.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to achieve business results while working in a multicultural environment.\nBelong.
