The CIO Team Lead will lead and manage a team of contractors / subcontractors, directing their efforts and serving as the primary point of contact with the government customer on technical execution and project issues.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nMange and direct all project operations of the team operating from multiple work locations.\nBrief leadership on program status and milestones\nDevelop procedures for successful program execution\nRequired Qualifications:\n CURRENT and ACTIVE TOP SECRET / SCI security clearance\nRequires four years of experience managing projects providing project enterprise Information Technology (IT) Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support and IT enhancement projects.\nRequires experience providing technical support materials for senior leaders such as strategic papers, options analyses, executive briefings.\nDemonstrated experience performing executive action tracking.\nExperience guiding program performance, resource planning, and acquisition/procurement strategy.\nRequired Education Relevant Experience:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, data analytics, software engineering, or related technical field and 8 years of experience\nHigh school or High School Equivalency Diploma and 12 years of experience\nDesired Qualifications:\nExperience translating mission priorities into actionable IT roadmaps, investment plans, and measurable outcomes as it relates to counterintelligence and security missions.\nBasic Compensation:\n$172,900 - $211,400 (This range is for Washington DC Metro Area Only).\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
