These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design and engineering capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\n Job Title: Civil Engineer\nKBR Abu Dhabi PMC Team is currently looking to fill a position of Civil Engineer for an Offshore Project to be based in UAE ( Abu Dhabi).\nKey Responsibilities\nJob Purpose\nThe Civil Engineer will be responsible for providing technical expertise in civil and structural engineering activities related to offshore and onshore assets. The role focuses on structural integrity assessment, inspection planning, rehabilitation studies, project coordination, design review, and management of engineering consultancy services to ensure the safe and reliable operation of ADNOC Offshore facilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform detailed civil and structural engineering design and analysis for concrete and steel structures in compliance with applicable ADNOC, international, and industry standards.\nCarry out structural integrity assessments, fitness-for-service evaluations, and condition assessments of existing offshore and onshore structures.\n Develop and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) and Destructive Testing (DT) inspection programs.\nReview, monitor, and supervise consultants and contractors performing NDT/DT activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality requirements.\nEvaluate structural inspection findings and recommend repair, strengthening, rehabilitation, or replacement solutions.\n Participate in technical bid evaluations and prepare Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) reports for engineering and inspection contracts.\nCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and timely delivery.\nReview engineering deliverables, structural calculations, drawings, specifications, and technical reports.\nSupport asset integrity management initiatives through assessment, monitoring, and maintenance recommendations.\nEnsure compliance with ADNOC standards, HSE requirements, project procedures, and international engineering codes.\nPrepare engineering reports, presentations, project schedules, and progress updates for management review.\nProvide technical support during project planning, execution, construction, inspection, and commissioning phases.\nMinimum Qualifications & Experience\nBachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering from a recognized university.\nOverall industry experience of 12- 15 years in Civil and Structural Engineering.\nProven hands-on design experience in Concrete and Steel Structures.\nStrong experience in conducting Structural Integrity Assessments of existing facilities.\n Experience in preparing Scope of Work (SOW) and inspection programs for NDT/DT requirements.\nExperience supervising and managing consultants and contractors performing NDT/DT activities.\n Experience in Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and preparation of bid assessment reports.\nDemonstrated experience in project coordination, planning, and management.\nExperience in the Oil & Gas, Offshore, Petrochemical, or Energy sector is highly preferred.\nFamiliarity with international design codes such as ACI, AISC, BS, Eurocodes, API, and relevant ADNOC standards.\nRequired Skills\nStructural analysis and design of steel and reinforced concrete structures.\nAsset integrity and life extension assessment.\nInspection planning and management.\nTechnical report writing and documentation.\nContract and consultant management.\nRisk assessment and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nProficiency in engineering software such as STAAD Pro, SACS, SAP2000, ETABS, or equivalent.\nExcellent project management and coordination skills.\nPreferred Experience\nADNOC Group project experience.\nOffshore platform structural assessment and rehabilitation projects.\nBrownfield engineering and asset integrity management projects.\n Membership of a recognized engineering institution (ICE, ASCE, IStructE, etc.) is an
