In this position, you will:\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide technical support for communications equipment, peripherals, networks, and software.\nProvide technical guidance in use of Microsoft Windows, peripheral/shared drive mapping, browser compatibility / configuration.\nConfigure / maintain government-issued cell phones.\nTroubleshoot error messages, provide technical solutions, and open trouble tickets.\nSupport users at all STARCOM HQ locations.\nSupport and resolve issues within PWS-specified timelines.\nProvide systems accounts for NIPRNet and SIPRNET and systems support.\nSet up or modify user access to the classified internet and e-mail accounts.\nTroubleshoot connectivity or configuration issues.\nQualifications:\nRequired:\nAn active TS/SCI clearance is required to be considered for this job, which is something only a U.S. citizen can obtain.\nSecurity + Certification.\n5+ years of experience supporting DoD networks and working with Comm Focal Points.\nKnowledge of USAF and US Space Force Information Technology policies and procedures.\nSelf Starter with the ability to work independently.\nAccustomed to professionally working with senior leaders.\nExperience with providing technical guidance to users.\nAbility to multi-task and produce high-quality products in a high-tempo, collaborative environment.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\nThe ability to work in a secure, confined location (i.e., SCIF).\nDesired:\nBA/BS Degree\nHeadquarters, Combatant Command or MAJCOM/Field Command experience.\nScheduled Weekly Hours:\n40hrs\nWork Environment:\nLocation: On-site\nTravel Requirements: Minimal 0-20%\nWorking Hours: Standard\nBasic Compensation:\n$90,000 - $100,000\nThis range is for Colorado only.\nThe offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.\nKBR Benefits\nKBR offers a selection of competitive lifestyle benefits which could include 401K plan with company match, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, AD&D, flexible spending account, disability, paid time off, or flexible work schedule.
