Daily Commute\nJob Dimension \nLead and manage all site construction activities for the WIP-CSSP project, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective execution of the works.\nEnsure construction activities are executed in accordance with approved engineering deliverables, project specifications, quality requirements, and HSE standards.\nCoordinate all construction disciplines and interfaces to achieve construction milestones and project objectives.\nMonitor and manage EPC Contractor construction performance, productivity, and compliance with contractual obligations.\nPromote a strong safety culture and ensure construction activities comply with company HSSE requirements.\nActivities\nConstruction Management\nLead and supervise all site construction activities covering:Civil and structural works\nMechanical installation\nPiping works\nElectrical works\nInstrumentation and control systems\nBuildings and infrastructure\nUtilities and supporting facilities\nEnsure construction activities are executed according to:\nApproved AFC drawings\nSpecifications and procedures\nProject schedule and priorities\nApplicable regulations and standards\nCoordinate site activities to optimize construction sequence and resource utilization.\nMonitor construction progress and identify recovery actions when required.\n\nContractor Management\nManage and oversee EPC Contractor and subcontractor construction teams.\nConduct regular construction coordination meetings.\nReview:Construction schedules\nManpower plans\nEquipment deployment plans\nConstruction methodologies\n\nMonitor contractor productivity and performance against project objectives.\nEnsure contractors implement approved procedures and construction practices.\nInterface & Coordination\nCoordinate interfaces between:\nEngineering\nProcurement\nConstruction\nCommissioning\nOperations\nHSE and Quality teams\nEnsure construction readiness prior to execution.\nResolve construction issues and interface conflicts promptly.\nSupport multidisciplinary coordination and decision-making.\nConstruction Planning & Progress\nReview and validate construction execution plans.\nMonitor construction KPIs and progress against approved schedules.\nIdentify risks to construction execution and implement mitigation plans.\nParticipate in weekly and monthly progress reviews.\nEnsure accurate reporting of construction status and forecast completion dates.\nQuality Management\nEnsure all construction activities comply with project quality requirements.\nCoordinate with QA/QC personnel for inspections and testing activities.\nMonitor punch lists and non-conformities.\nEnsure timely closure of quality issues and corrective actions.\nHandover & Commissioning Support\nSupport Mechanical Completion activities.\nEnsure construction dossiers and turnover packages are complete.\nCoordinate system handovers to commissioning teams.\nSupport commissioning, start-up, and operational readiness activities.\nHSE RESPONSIBILITY\nDemonstrate visible safety leadership and promote a strong HSSE culture.\nEnsure compliance with:\nProject HSE requirements\nSite procedures\nPermit-to-Work requirements\nEnvironmental regulations\nParticipate in:\nSite safety audits\nManagement safety walks\nIncident investigations\nRisk assessments\nEnsure unsafe acts and unsafe conditions are immediately addressed.\nStop work when safety requirements are not met.\nRequired Qualifications / Experience\nProfessional Experience\nMinimum 15 years of experience in construction management on major EPC/EPSCC projects.\nProven experience on large industrial, oil & gas, energy, infrastructure, or utility projects.\nStrong experience managing multidisciplinary construction activities from detailed engineering through commissioning.\nMinimum 5 years as Construction Manager, Site Manager, or equivalent leadership role.\nExperience in greenfield megaprojects is preferred.\nPrevious Middle East and/or remote site experience is highly desirable.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong knowledge of:\nConstruction methodologies\nMultidisciplinary installation activities\nConstruction planning and scheduling\nContractor management\nMechanical completion and turnover processes\nHSE leadership\nQuality management systems\nStrong understanding of EPC/EPSCC project execution.\nLevel / Diploma\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Process, or equivalent).\nProfessional accreditation or recognized project/construction management certification is an advantage.\nLanguages\nProficiency in English mandatory.\nSoft Skills\nStrong leadership and people management capabilities.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to work effectively in a multicultural environment.\nResults-oriented with strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule performance.\nInterested and suitable candidates please apply for the role.
