The role involves supervising construction teams, subcontractors, and day-to-day site operations with a primary focus on flowlines, mechanical works, and piping systems in the oil and gas sector.\nHSE activities:\nSupport and enforce project guidelines and HSE objectives.\nAttend HSE meetings and training when necessary.\nParticipate in Job Safety Analysis, make suggestions, stop dangerous situations, and report\nanomalies and dangerous acts\nKey Job Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities related to flowlines, mechanical installations, material and piping systems.\nEnsure work is carried out in strict compliance with project specifications, engineering drawings, and applicable codes/standards.\nMonitor daily work progress and report to the Construction Manager on project status, delays, and resource requirements.\nManage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient and quality workmanship.\nReview and interpret P&IDs, isometric drawings, piping layouts, and mechanical installation drawings.\nCoordinate with engineering, procurement, and quality control teams to resolve technical issues and ensure material availability.\nConduct quality inspections on welding, piping fabrication, pressure testing, and mechanical installations.\nEnsure proper documentation and reporting of site activities, including daily reports, inspection records, and progress photos.\nIdentify potential risks and implement corrective actions to prevent project delays or safety incidents.\nParticipate in site walk-downs, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities as required.\nMaintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders.\nExperience:\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field. Minimum 5 years of experience in the oil industry and a deep understanding of regulations. Experienced Pipeline Construction Supervisor in onshore Greenfield and brownfield project with a very good knowledge of rules, procedures and International Codes and Standards.
