These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nResponsibilities:\nGood written and verbal communication skills in English to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams including project, procurement, logistics and legal.\nWorking experience in multinational companies in complex project environment in Procurement, Supply Chain, and coordinating with various internal stakeholders like sales, project, engineering departments, compliance, legal, contract management and relevant domain.\nIn addition to Project Management role the candidate should be well conversant with contract related issues, procurement flowdowns etc. \nNegotiation skills with Vendors for purchase of equipment / goods / project flowdowns w.r.t prime contract and having sound knowledge of Buyers/ KBR favourable terms and conditions, applicable laws, statutory compliances, rules and regulations.\nCompliance to Code of Business Conduct\nImplement and maintain the company strategies, policies and procedures with suppliers and external parties and ensure best practice procurement processes are continually developed.\nAnalyse the internal processes and performance and align with external parties / suppliers.\nMonitor compliance with respect to supply agreements by requesting supplier reports.\nLiaison with legal, finance and other internal stakeholders and obtaining approval on contractual matters\nDevelop and maintain processes for contractual documents that are due for renewal and provide feedback on recommended action.\nMaintain system information with current and updated supply terms and documents.\nClaim management.\nQualifications including Required Education, Experience, & Skills:\nDesired Qualification: Bachelor/ Master Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or Business Administration\nRelevant Experience: 12 to 15 years\nDecarbonization - Energy Transition - Sustainability\nBelong.
