These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nKBR is looking forSubcontracts Administrator.\nSaudi Nationals only\nResponsibilities:\nContract drafting & review - Prepare, edit, and review contract documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.\nCompliance monitoring - Ensure that all parties fulfill their contractual obligations in line with agreed terms, timelines, and regulations.\nDocumentation management - Maintain an organized repository of contracts and related correspondence.\nCoordination with stakeholders - Liaise with project managers, procurement, finance, and legal teams to ensure smooth contract execution.\nStrong attention to detail for reviewing legal and financial terms.\nProficiency in contract management systems and MS Office tools.\nQualifications:\nMinimum 6 years’ work related experience - High School.\nMinimum 4 years’ work related experience - Diploma.\nSupervising and Coordinating Bidding processes for maintenance activities.\nExperience in Contracts administration, cost and controlling budget and SAP knowledge.\nWell organized and proactive with excellent communication skills\nProven leadership skills with large organizations\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems\nStrategic thinking, open to new ideas\nAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi-cultural environment\nBelong.
