This continued growth allows us to offer unrivalled opportunities to our staff in terms of career paths, career development and project exposure.\n\nKey Responsibilities\nDeliver structural analysis, design and documentation for infrastructure, transport, industrial and building projects.\nPrepare structural calculations, technical reports and engineering assessments in accordance with Australian Standards and client requirements.\nDesign a range of structures and foundations using concrete, steel, timber and other engineered materials.\nCollaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to develop practical, safe and innovative solutions.\nSupport project delivery by meeting scope, budget, schedule and quality objectives while maintaining strong client relationships.\nContribute to technical reviews, mentoring junior team members and continuous improvement initiatives.\nSkills and Qualifications\nBachelor of Engineering (Structural, Civil or related discipline) recognised for professional engineering registration in Australia.\nMinimum 2 years' structural engineering experience within a consulting, design or infrastructure environment.\nExperience delivering structural analysis, design and documentation across infrastructure, transport, industrial or building projects.\nWorking towards Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng), RPEQ, RPEV or equivalent professional registration.\nProficiency with structural analysis and design software such as LUSAS, Microstran, ANSYS or equivalent.\nStrong knowledge of Australian Standards, structural design principles and project delivery processes.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.\nA proactive, curious mindset with a commitment to technical excellence, continuous learning and professional development.\nWho are we?\nKBR’s Infrastructure Solutions Australia business offers a wide range of professional services to private and public sector clients delivering projects in both urban and remote environments across transport, water, environment, buildings and defence.\nWe are committed to social and environmental sustainability and delivering projects with a digital mindset that drives innovation within our business, for our customers and stakeholders.
