The role mentors practitioners, develops standards and methodologies, and works across the broader Digital & Systems team to advance KBR's Digital Engineering capability.\nWho are you?\nYou are an experienced Digital Engineering practitioner who has progressed beyond technical delivery into leadership, governance and capability development. You bring a strong understanding of Digital Engineering, information management and digital delivery frameworks, together with the ability to mentor practitioners, influence stakeholders and drive continuous improvement across projects and the broader business.\nAs the Digital Engineering Lead, your key responsibilities will include:\nProviding technical leadership and governance for Digital Engineering delivery across multidisciplinary projects.\nDeveloping, implementing and continuously improving Digital Engineering frameworks, standards, methodologies and assurance processes.\nMentoring and supporting Digital Engineering Coordinators and project teams to achieve successful delivery outcomes.\nLeading the development and implementation of Digital Engineering Execution Plans (DEEPs), information management frameworks and digital delivery strategies.\nEnsuring project Digital Engineering delivery aligns with ISO 19650, client requirements and organisational standards.\nFacilitating collaboration between Digital Engineering, Information Management, Systems Engineering and Digital Development teams to deliver integrated solutions.\nIdentifying opportunities to improve project outcomes through innovation, automation, emerging technologies and data-driven delivery approaches.\nSupporting bids, proposals and client engagements by providing Digital Engineering expertise and capability leadership.\nContributing to the ongoing advancement of KBR's Digital Engineering capability through standards development, training, lessons learned and strategic improvement initiatives.\nActing as a trusted advisor to project teams and stakeholders on Digital Engineering, information management and digital delivery matters.\nYou will have the following skills and experience:\nTertiary qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Construction, Information Management or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.\nMust be an Australian Citizen due to Defence project requirements.\nSignificant experience delivering Digital Engineering, BIM, Information Management or digital delivery services on complex multidisciplinary projects.\nStrong understanding of ISO 19650, information management principles and digital delivery frameworks.\nDemonstrated experience developing and implementing Digital Engineering standards, frameworks, methodologies or Digital Engineering Execution Plans (DEEPs).\nExperience leading multidisciplinary teams and influencing stakeholders across project delivery, design and construction environments.\nStrong understanding of asset information management, digital handover requirements and the information lifecycle.\nExperience mentoring technical practitioners and supporting capability development within project teams and organisations.\nAbility to balance strategic objectives, project delivery requirements and client outcomes.\nBroad understanding of Digital Engineering technologies, interoperability principles and Common Data Environment platforms.\nExperience with automation, digital innovation, data-driven delivery approaches or emerging technologies would be highly regarded.\nExperience supporting bids, tenders, client engagement and business development activities would be advantageous.\nWho we are?\nWe are committed to social and environmental sustainability and delivering projects with a digital mindset that drives innovation within our business, for our customers and stakeholders.\nOur people blend seamlessly into customer teams to help create a positive impact on the communities and environments they seekto improve.
