This role requires a senior professional who can effectively balance business development, client engagement, operational governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership while supporting the continued growth of major energy and infrastructure projects.\nThe successful candidate will serve as a key representative of the company with clients, stakeholders, and internal leadership teams, ensuring operational excellence, business continuity, and alignment with corporate objectives.\nKey Responsibilities :\nBusiness Development & Client Relationship Management\nLead strategic client engagement activities and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.\nSupport business growth initiatives, proposal development, and pursuit strategies for major projects and opportunities.\nAct as a senior point of contact for clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and partnership.\nRepresent the company in industry forums, client meetings, and strategic business discussions.\nOperational Leadership\nProvide overall leadership and oversight of the Indonesia operations.\nEnsure efficient coordination of operational support functions, including finance operations, information technology, facilities management, and administrative services.\nMonitor operational performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.\nSupport local management teams in achieving business objectives while maintaining alignment with corporate policies and standards.\nGovernance, Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure compliance with Indonesian business regulations, company policies, and applicable statutory requirements.\nOversee business licenses, permits, and regulatory obligations required for local operations.\nIdentify and mitigate operational, commercial, and organizational risks.\nSupport audit, compliance, and governance activities as required.\nStakeholder & People Leadership\nCollaborate closely with project leadership, corporate functions, and HR teams to ensure effective workforce planning and operational support.\nFoster a culture of accountability, collaboration, safety, and performance excellence.\nProvide leadership, coaching, and guidance to local operational teams.\nSupport employee-related initiatives in partnership with HR, including organizational changes, workforce mobility, and employee engagement activities.\nStrategic Management\nDevelop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.\nContribute to long-term planning, organizational capability development, and market expansion initiatives.\nProvide regular updates and recommendations to senior leadership regarding operational performance and strategic priorities.\nQualifications :\nRequired\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 15-20 years of professional experience, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership or management role.\nProven experience within the Oil & Gas, LNG, Energy, EPC, Engineering, or related industries.\nStrong understanding of operational management, business development, and stakeholder engagement.\nDemonstrated experience managing complex business operations and multiple stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.\nStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.\nFluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a senior leader to play a pivotal role in driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and overseeing operational excellence within Indonesia's dynamic energy sector.
