In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role - protecting our national security.\nWhy Join Us?\nInnovative Projects: KBR’s work is at the forefront of engineering, logistics, operations, science, program management, mission IT and cybersecurity solutions.\n\nCollaborative Environment: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on collaboration and innovation, fostering a supportive and intellectually stimulating workplace.\n\nImpactful Work: Your contributions will be pivotal in designing and optimizing defense systems that ensure national security and shape the future of space defense.\n\nTitle:\nElectronic Warfare Subject Matter Expert\nABOUT THIS POSITION\nJoin a diverse team of talented and inspired engineers and analysts to provide guidance and oversight for electronic warfare capabilities of threat representations for Test &Evaluation\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPresentation/brief EW tasker problem set findings (white papers?)\n\nProvide expert knowledge and guidance on electronic warfare (EW) systems, capabilities, and strategies to support OT&E\n\nLead assessments of current and emerging EW technologies, ensuring integration and operational effectiveness in defense systems\n\nAdvise senior leadership on EW-related threats, capabilities, and countermeasures in various operational environments\n\nSupport the development of EW doctrine, procedures, and policies\n\nAssist in project management activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of project progress.\n\nCoordinate with subcontractors and external organizations to ensure project requirements are understood and met.\n\nReview project documentation.\n\nSupport project managers in the development and implementation of project plans and schedules.\n\nMonitor project performance, investigate issues and recommend solutions, and provide regular updates to project managers.\n\nTravel to meet subcontractor project team, visit corporate KBR office in Huntsville, AL, and occasionally attend project meetings at various US destinations.\n\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree or higher in engineering\n\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.\n\n10 or more years experience with threat representation\n\n10 or more years experience with electronic warfare techniques\n\nPossess (and be able to maintain) a Secret Clearance.\n\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nAbility to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with CI polygraph security clearance.\n\nPrevious experience in project coordination, administration, or management\n\nBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR\nAt KBR, we are passionate about our people and our Zero Harm culture.
