This position directs engineering personnel responsible for network infrastructure, information assurance, software applications, and enterprise information systems. The Engineering Manager ensures technical compliance, manages engineering resources, supports project execution, and delivers innovative, mission-focused solutions that meet customer requirements while maintaining the highest standards of quality, security, and operational excellence.\nRoles and Responsibilities:\nLead and manage engineering teams supporting enterprise IT and network infrastructure projects.\nOversee the design, implementation, integration, and sustainment of complex information systems.\nEnsure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements, engineering standards, and contractual obligations.\nManage engineering schedules, technical risks, resource allocation, and project deliverables.\nCoordinate with program management, customers, subcontractors, and technical stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.\nProvide technical guidance, mentorship, and leadership to engineering personnel.\nSupport proposal development, technical reviews, engineering documentation, and strategic planning efforts.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure engineering solutions align with mission objectives and customer expectations.\nBasic Qualifications:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen. Active DoD Top Secret Security Clearance required.\nBachelor's degree in related field\nDoD 8570.01-M IAM Level II Certification, PMP\n15 years of demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and sustaining enterprise-wide, large-scale information systems.\nMinimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience in a senior engineering leadership position.\nMinimum of 10 years of demonstrated experience managing teams of IT/IP engineers supporting complex IT projects.\nDemonstrated experience managing projects involving:Network infrastructure\nInformation Assurance (IA)\nSoftware applications\nEnterprise network environments\n\nProven ability to lead engineering teams, manage technical resources, and oversee multiple engineering initiatives while ensuring successful project execution.\nStrong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExtensive experience supporting complex Department of Defense network infrastructures and enterprise IT environments.\nWork Location: On-site support.\nCompensation: $195,500.00 - $293,135.00 The salary range posted is for Washington, DC. The offered rate will be based on contract affordability, the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
