United in our quest for excellence, KBR stands at the vanguard, ready to transform possibilities into impactful realities for a better tomorrow.\nWho You Are\nYou’re an experienced and results-driven Finance Manager with a proven ability to identify issues and adapt program plans according to the Customer’s feedback on program cost, performance, quality, schedule and risk, thereby ensuring that financial reports are accurate before submission.\nWith a deep understanding of accounting principles, processes and planning, you track and analyze financial information and prepare weekly and monthly reports for the customer ensuring adequate funding availability by maintaining accurate records for expenditures, directing preparation of expenditure projections/obligations and submitting timely funding requests. You excel at delivering information on time and within budget.\nWhat You’ll Do\nAs a Finance Manager, you will:\nMonitor cost control, financial reports\nMonitor adherence to Customer requirements and budgets\nDevelop and Maintain CLIN database of all contract purchases\nReview cash requirements and prepare for future Procurement\nImprove cost-effectiveness and efficiency\nReconcile and approve vendor invoices for submission\nAnalyze financial information to forecast option year budget\nThis is a contingent position based upon contract award\nRequired Qualifications:\nActive TS/SCI w/ Polygraph clearance\nBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; or High school diploma (or equivalent) plus 10 years of experience in financial management-related roles, including 6 years of experience in U.S. Government financial management or accounting.\n5+ years of relevant experience supporting U.S. Government contracts, preferably within the Intelligence Community (IC).\nAbility to apply financial, budgetary, and accounting principles to track/analyze financial data and produce weekly and monthly customer reports.\nExperience monitoring financial compliance to customer requirements and budgets, including developing and maintaining a Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) database for contract purchases.\nExperience developing spend plans and performing burn-rate analysis for contract-associated FTE.\nExperience partnering directly with Program Managers, Cost Analysts, and COTRs to resolve issues and manage competing priorities.\nExperience reconciling and approving vendor invoices, forecasting option year budgets, reviewing cash requirements, and supporting future procurement planning.\nDesired Skills:\nWorking knowledge administering contract types such as CPAF, CPFF, and LOE\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and charts/graphs\nStrong written and verbal communication skills and must be comfortable presenting to management.\nWe Deliver - Together.\nBasic Compensation:\n$152,100 - $209,200/year (This range is for the VA area only)\nThe rate offered will be based on the selected candidate’s work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, contract affordability and consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation:\nKBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation.
