We Deliver - Together.\nThe Opportunity:\nKBR is seeking an experienced Senior Specialist Logistics Fleet Management to join our Defence logistics team.\nIn this role, you will provide specialist logistics support, fleet management expertise and leadership across complex Defence programs. You will play a key role in analysing, developing and implementing logistics plans that optimise product flow, inventory management and distribution performance, while ensuring the effective delivery of support outcomes for our customer.\nWorking closely with stakeholders across Defence, industry partners and internal teams, you will contribute to governance, continuous improvement initiatives and the successful management of integrated logistics support activities.\nThis position offers the opportunity to apply your deep logistics expertise while mentoring team members and driving service excellence in a dynamic and collaborative environment.\nResponsibilities:\nLead and support logistics and fleet management activities across Defence programs.\nAnalyse logistics data and develop plans to improve supply chain, inventory and distribution performance.\nCoordinate and manage monthly reporting requirements in accordance with customer timeframes.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with Defence stakeholders and program partners.\nSupport governance, assurance and workforce management activities, including compliance and reporting requirements.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics processes and service delivery.\nReview technical, contractual and operational information to identify provisioning, maintenance and support requirements.\nMonitor inventory and distribution activities to ensure delivery objectives are achieved.\nProvide mentoring, coaching and guidance to team members.\nMaintain a strong focus on quality, safety, risk management and customer satisfaction.\nAct as a trusted point of contact for customers and key stakeholders within your area of responsibility.\nAs the ideal candidate you will bring:\nCertificate IV in Materiel Logistics or equivalent qualifications and/or relevant experience.\nMinimum 5 years' experience within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), logistics engineering or a related logistics discipline.\nMinimum 5 years' experience supporting Defence or a comparable technical industry.\nStrong knowledge of Defence logistics management systems, including MILIS, LNIDs, NAVALLOW, APLCRATES and/or AMPS\nDemonstrated ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.\nExperience leading, mentoring or supervising personnel.\nExcellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nWhat we will offer you:\n· A workplace culture certified as a Great Place To Work\n· Flexible working\n· Competitive salary (including annual reviews)\n· Paid parental leave\n· Income protection\n· Corporate rewards\n· Salary packaging/Novated leasing\n· Employee stock purchase plans\n· Flu shots, skin checks and discounted private health insurance\n· Career development: Online learning, mentorship and career pathways\nIf you’re ready to shape tomorrow, let’s get started.
