At KBR, We Deliver.\nWe are looking for a commercially focused finance professional to support the Europe & North Africa Finance Director within the STS business.\nThis role will play a key part in consolidating regional financial performance, supporting month-end close activities, driving working capital improvements, and helping operational leaders understand business performance across the region.\nThis position is closely aligned to the day-to-day running of the business. The successful candidate will work directly with operational teams, project teams, and finance stakeholders to improve financial visibility, support decision-making, and help drive cash collection and forecast accuracy.\nKey Responsibilities\nRegional Financial Consolidation & Reporting\nConsolidate monthly financial performance across the Europe & North Africa region. \nSupport preparation of month-end reporting packs, variance analysis, and management commentary. \nAssist in coordinating submissions across multiple business units and countries. \nEnsure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned across the region. \nMonth-End & Forecast Support\nSupport the month-end close process, including revenue, margin, and cost analysis. \nAssist with quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and longer-term planning cycles. \nWork closely with operational finance teams to understand movements in project performance and forecast changes. \nHelp improve forecast accuracy and consistency across the region. \nWorking Capital & Cash Focus\nSupport initiatives to improve cash performance across the business. \nWork with project and operational teams to reduce aged Accounts Receivable (AR) balances and resolve unbilled positions. \nTrack overdue debtors and support escalation/follow-up activities where required. \nAssist in identifying process improvements to strengthen billing and cash collection performance. \nBusiness Partnering\nBuild strong relationships with operational leaders and project teams across the region. \nSupport finance directors and business leaders with ad hoc analysis and commercial insight. \nHelp translate financial data into clear business-focused messaging and actions. \nSupport operational reviews and regional performance discussions. \nProcess & Reporting Improvement\nSupport continuous improvement of reporting processes and management information. \nWork with wider FP&A and reporting teams to improve consistency and efficiency. \nAssist with development and enhancement of Power BI reporting and dashboard capabilities. \nSupport alignment of reporting processes as the business evolves under the new regional structure. \nSkills & Experience\nA relevant number of years of experience in finance, FP&A, project finance, or operational finance. \nQualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)\nStrong Excel and financial modelling capability. \nExperience supporting month-end close, forecasting, and financial analysis. \nComfortable working with large data sets and multiple stakeholders.
