Acting as a true \"seller-doer\", you will maintain technical involvement in major projects while developing strategic client relationships and securing new opportunities. You will play a key role in growing KBR's market share and strengthening our reputation as a trusted delivery partner across the transport and infrastructure sectors.\nThis leadership role offers the opportunity to:\nEstablish and grow KBR's Complex Structures capability within NSW and support expansion into other Australian markets.\nLead multidisciplinary teams delivering major infrastructure and bridge projects.\nDevelop strategic client relationships and identify new business opportunities.\nDrive work-winning activities, including pursuits, proposals and client presentations.\nMentor and develop a team of specialist engineers and future technical leaders.\nAct as a recognised technical authority in bridge engineering and complex structures.\nWho Are You?\nYou are a highly accomplished structural engineering professional with extensive experience delivering major infrastructure projects and leading technical teams. You are known for your ability to build trusted client relationships, identify growth opportunities and inspire high-performing teams.\nYou will bring:\nA relevant tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.\nApproximately 20+ years' experience in infrastructure engineering.\nSignificant expertise in bridge engineering and complex structural design.\nDemonstrated success in client-facing leadership and business development roles.\nStrong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capabilities.\nOutstanding communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.\nChartered Engineer status (CPEng, RPEQ or equivalent) will be highly regarded.\nAbout Us\nKBR's Infrastructure Solutions business works with customers across the nation to plan, design and deliver smarter, safer and more sustainable infrastructure to meet the demands of the future for all Australians.
