These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design and engineering capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\"\nKBR is looking for Growth & Proposals Coordinator (Infrastructure & Built Environment) to be based in Dubai - UAE flexible working arrangements may be considered based on business needs.\nPosition Summary\nThe Growth Coordinator supports the Infrastructure & Built Environment growth team by coordinating growth activities, maintaining high-quality pursuit content and knowledge resources, and providing effective administrative and logistical support. The role serves as a key point of coordination across the Infrastructure business and Growth Enablement team, helping to ensure that presentations, proposals, leadership updates, and related materials are accurate, consistent, timely, and professionally presented.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the development, maintenance, and quality review of resumes, project descriptions, presentations, and other Infrastructure growth materials.\nServe as the Infrastructure focal point for growth-related knowledge management, ensuring content is current, accessible, and consistently organized.\nCoordinate growth portals, opportunity records, and related stakeholder engagement to support timely and accurate submissions.\nAct as the Infrastructure lessons learned champion, capturing insights from pursuits and supporting the application of lessons to future opportunities.\nCoordinate meetings, review sessions, opportunity notice discussions, and other Infrastructure growth activities, including schedules, materials, actions, and logistics.\nSupport data collection, content integration, document control, and the preparation of leadership updates and reports.\nProvide administrative and coordination support to Infrastructure leadership and business development teams.\nPartner with the Growth Enablement team on proposals and other priority pursuits, helping to maintain alignment with established processes, standards, and deadlines.\nTrack actions, milestones, and dependencies, proactively escalating risks or gaps that may affect delivery.\nMaintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling commercially sensitive information.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.\nTwo to five years of experience in coordination, business development, marketing, communications, proposal support, or a related environment.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams;
