be certified fitness instructor and possess fluency in English.\nShall have three (3) years of experience as gym / fitness trainer in international hotel, recreational club, or hospitality industry.\nSkills in strength training, power lifting, weight loss training, nutrition, lifestyle assessment, body building.\nCourse certification in first aid and CPR\nResponsibilities and Tasks \nLead in group training exercise activities and providing mentorship in safe use of equipment and providing sound demonstrations of gym-based equipment.\n Enforce all fitness centre policies and procedure in a consistent manner\n Motivate club members in group exercise activities, including strength training, stretching, power lifting, weight loss training, nutrition, lifestyle assessment, body building\n Monitor day-to-day all gym activities and ensure smooth function of gym facility in line with QAFCO Safety Procedure and enforce gym rules and regulations \n Record and monitor daily safety checks of the gym equipment, ensure potential hazards are dealt with and reported to QAFCO Representative\n Keeping the gym clean, tidy, every equipment sanitized after use and loose equipment stored safely.\n Check the equipment’s for wear and tare\n Performs any other task as and when instructed by the QAFCO
