Your focus will ensure that our organization maintains an efficient, cost-effective, and fully operational print and imaging infrastructure.\nResponsibilities:\nManage the end-to-end procurement process for MFDs and printers based on business requirements and approved hardware standards.\nCoordinate with print vendors to obtain quotations, validate device configurations, and ensure compliance with asset lifecycle policies.\nMonitor hardware support contracts, warranty expirations, renewals, equipment returns, and disposal activities.\nCoordinate installation schedules with site contacts, local IT teams, and vendor technicians for device delivery, setup, and network configuration.\nEnsure site readiness by validating physical space, power availability, and network connectivity requirements prior to hardware deployment.\nPlan and coordinate secure decommissioning activities, including hardware removal and data sanitization of legacy devices.\nMaintain accurate asset records and track equipment movements, relocations, and transfers across offices and departments.\nManage and maintain data integrity within IT Asset Management (ITAM) systems and CMDB platforms, including serial numbers, locations, IP addresses, and cost center information.\nConduct regular physical and system audits to ensure asset compliance, eliminate discrepancies, and optimize fleet utilization.\nOversee printer consumables and supply management, including toner, maintenance kits, spare parts, and replenishment processes.\nMonitor inventory levels and support supply optimization initiatives to reduce waste and improve operational efficiency.\nPrepare asset, inventory, utilization, and lifecycle reports to support operational and financial decision-making.\nCollaborate with procurement, IT operations, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective management of the global print environment.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in Hardware Asset Management, IT Procurement, Asset Management, or Fleet Management.\nExperience managing printer, MFD, or endpoint hardware lifecycles within enterprise environments.\nKnowledge of IT Asset Management (ITAM) principles, asset lifecycle processes, and inventory controls.\nExperience working with Managed Print Services (MPS) providers and print fleet management programs.\nStrong understanding of asset tracking, inventory management, procurement, and vendor management practices.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting functions.\nStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and coordinate activities across geographically distributed locations.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with ITAM, ITSM, or CMDB platforms such as ServiceNow, Remedy, or Jira Service Management.\nExperience working with major MFD manufacturers such as Xerox, Konica Minolta, Canon, Ricoh, or HP.\nKnowledge of Managed Print Services (MPS) portals and automated toner fulfillment solutions.\nExperience with YSoft print management solutions or similar print management platforms.\nFamiliarity with hardware asset audits, compliance processes, and governance requirements.\nExperience supporting global or multi-site enterprise environments.\nUnderstanding of sustainability initiatives related to print optimization and asset lifecycle management.\nBelong.
