These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nKBR is looking for an HSE Manage r- Establish a HSE Management System that is compliant with OHSAS and ISO monitor compliance with the HSE management system of Company\nSaudi National Only\nLocation: Jubail\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System to be compliant with OHSAS and ISO standards, including corrective and preventive measures.\nMonitor HSE controllers in executing continuous audits\nManage the HSE controllers and coordinate their audit schedule. Investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members and report the result to the HSEQ manager.\nCoordinate and participate in the investigation of accidents and near misses\nAudit work being performed with \"Safe Work Permit\"\nAssist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during particularly difficult or hazardous work situations.\nAssist Company management in the preparation and presentation of field HSE meetings.\nReview and analyses accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.\nEnsure regular emergency response exerCi5es and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintains records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.\nAssist in developing and implementing field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.\nPreparing weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in health, Safety, Environment Management, Chemical engineering or equivalent.\nMinimum 12+years' experience of refinery or Petrochemical with HSE section.\nFluent in writing and reading English.\nGood knowledge of SAP system.\nFair knowledge in process operations of plant.\nGood technical understanding of maintenance execution management.\nStrong knowledge in root cause analysis (RCA)\nGood technical understanding of People management.\nStrong technical understanding of HSE requirements\nWell organized and proactive\nExcellent communication skills\nProven leadership skills with large organizations\nMaturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems\nStrategic thinking, open to new ideas\nAn ability to achieve business results working in a multi- cultural environment\n Belong.
