At KBR, We Deliver.\nKBR is looking for an Information Manager - Systems Integration to work in our Leatherhead offices.\nThe IM Systems role is responsible for the setup, management, and operation of interfaces between engineering applications such as SMARTPLANT and AVEVA authoring tools, engineering databases and Digital Twin technology.\nThe role ensures that data is correctly shared, consistent, accurate, and includes the administration of data repositories where the project engineering and supplier data is stored and maintained. It involves receiving or performing data transfers, managing changes, and generating reports and to ensure effective exchange and handover of a complete dataset to the Client for the operations phase. Development and maintenance of project tag numbering schema, Class Libraries, production of deliverables, reporting and data progress measurement.\nKey Activities:\nPlan, direct, co-ordinate and be the focal point for data management systems integration.\nFacilitate the setup and configuration of the data repositories to meet the project requirements.\nUnderstand corporate and project requirements for data collection, conditioning, reporting and handover.\nWorking knowledge, understanding and expertise in AVEVA and Hexagon toolsets as follows:Configuration of data entry tables (grids)\nData access controls.\nData import, export, transform and load.\nReports.\nTag management.\nAutomation.\n\nClass LibraryAdmin level support to define and configure Class Libraries\nConfiguring and AVEVA ISM to manage class library.\nDefine tag format, list of values, unit of measure etc.\nManage transfer of Class Library data into engineering database and Digital Twin environment.\nUnderstand complex regular expression.\n\nSetup and ensure compliance with Data Standards\nDefine project reports, summary and business intelligence dashboards.\nCoordinates with project disciplines to resolve any data inconsistencies, errors or mapping issues associated with interfaces.\nExperience, Education, Skills & Job Knowledge\nUniversity degree qualification or equivalent oil and gas industry experience.\nA relevant number years of experience in an engineering data systems role.\nExperience of using and managing Engineering Data Warehouses such as AVEVA Engineering, SMARTPLANT Foundation or similar.\nExperience of using and managing engineering class libraries using AVEVA Information Standards Manager or similar.\nIT Skills - Excellent working knowledge of databases and reporting\nA good technical background in Oracle 12c, PLSQL, ETL and data warehousing.\nExpertise with writing and optimising Oracle/SQL stored procedures and query performance.\nAutomation of processes using different scripting languages like PowerShell, CMD etc.\nStrong design and system architecture skills\nDesigning and implementing new business logic / reports as SQL inside stored procedures within the existing system / reporting framework, as well as enhancing and maintaining existing functionality\nSelf-sufficient and be creative in defining reporting/data solutions.\nA strong background with the Microsoft BI stack (SSIS, SSRS, Power BI).\nKnowledge of AVEVA Net, AIM and Engage or similar.\nKnowledge of CFIHOS.\nKBR Company Information\nWhen you become part of the KBR team, your opportunities are endless.
