This role acts as the primary liaison with military installations, site personnel, security offices, and local and national agencies to ensure required access, approvals, and agreements are in place to support program execution. The Infrastructure Coordinator plays a critical role in enabling engineering and installation teams to successfully execute site surveys, field activities, and system deployments across multiple locations.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nAct as the program integrator, coordinating across engineering, installation, and operational stakeholders to support execution of site surveys, system integration, and installation activities\nServe as the primary liaison with affected sites, including military installations, NAVFAC, site personnel, and security offices\nCoordinate site access, approvals, and agreements with local and national agencies to enable installations and site survey activities\nSupport planning, scheduling, and execution of site surveys across multiple locations\nEnable engineering and installation teams to proceed with assigned tasking by ensuring site readiness, access, and coordination requirements are met\nCoordinate material movement, shipment, and delivery requirements to support field execution\nIdentify and resolve coordination challenges related to site access, security requirements, and infrastructure dependencies\nCommunicate site constraints, risks, and impacts to program leadership and cross-functional teams\nSupport execution across CONUS and OCONUS locations as required to meet program objectives\nBasic Qualifications\nClearance & Citizenship: U.S. citizenship required. Active Secret clearance required; ability to obtain a higher clearance as needed\nEducation & Experience: Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience, OR Associate’s degree with 7+ years of experience\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience coordinating site access, infrastructure, or multi-site program execution\nExperience working with military installations, NAVFAC, or Department of Defense stakeholders\nFamiliarity with site surveys, installation coordination, or field execution activities\nExperience supporting logistics coordination, material movement, or shipment processes\nAbility to coordinate across engineering, logistics, and operations teams\nScheduled Weekly Hours: 40 hours/week.\nCompensation: $100,000-$150,000. The salary range posted is based on the national average. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s location, knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.\nAdditional Compensation: KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation.
