These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets.\nResponsibilities:\nShall have hands-on experience in troubleshooting, inspection, testing, and preventive maintenance of the following types of Instruments\n\nTransmitters (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)\n\nSwitches (Pressure, Level, Flow, Temperature)\n\nAnalyzers (pH and Conductivity)\n\nVibration Instrumentation (Accelerometers, Velometers, Proximity Probes, Speed Probes, Proximitors)\n\nValves (Control Valves, On-Off Valves, Solenoid Valves)\n\nValve Accessories (Solenoid Valves, Valve Pneumatic and Electropneumatic Positioners, Pneumatic Relays, Air Regulators and Filters, Lubricators)\nShall have hands-on experience in the usage of Hand tools\n\nShall have hands-on experience in the usage of Test Instruments in calibration, troubleshooting, configuration, and testing of instruments\n\nShall have hands-on experience in the removal, installation, and adjustment of vibration probes as per machine requirement\n\nShall have the proven competency and experience as required in the relevant Scope of Work\n\nShall have basic report-writing skills\n\nShall be able to communicate well in written & spoken English.\n\nShall have an awareness about safety requirements of working in a Fertilizer Plant\n\nShall be well versed with work permit system in large scale process industries\n\nShall have an awareness with PPEs used in a Fertilizer Plant\n\nQualifications:\nTechnicalDiplomainrespectivetrade(12+3years)\n\n05 years relevant and hands-on experience in respective trade, in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical/Fertilizer industry and competency.\n\nBelong.
