We Deliver - Together.\nThe Opportunity:\nKBR is seeking an experienced and motivated Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Manager to play a key role in supporting the JNT09141 COMSEC Modernisation Program and associated acquisition projects.\nReporting to the Program and Acquisition Project Managers, you will provide subject matter expertise that supports Government submissions, acquisition activities, and the successful transition of capabilities into service.\nWorking across both acquisition and modernisation initiatives, you will provide specialist ILS expertise, influence key project outcomes, and engage with a broad range of Defence stakeholders, industry partners, engineers, and project teams.\nAs the ILS Manager, you will be responsible for the planning, development, coordination, and delivery of Integrated Logistics Support activities across multiple programs. You will ensure that systems are supportable, sustainable, and ready for operational use through the development of key ILS documentation, management of ILS activities, and coordination of stakeholders.\nResponsibilities:\nLead the planning, coordination, and facilitation of Integrated Logistics Support Working Groups (ILSWGs).\nDevelop, review, and maintain key ILS documentation, including:\nIntegrated Logistics Support Plans (ILSP)\nIntegrated Logistics Support Instructions (ILSI)\nProduct Support Analysis (PSA)\nCOMSEC Engineering Management Instructions (CEMI)\nPhysical Configuration Audit (PCA) documentation\nCoordinate stakeholder engagement across Defence, project teams, sustainment organisations, and industry partners.\nReview and assess ILS artefacts and documentation developed by internal teams and external contractors.\nManage document endorsement processes and stakeholder approvals.\nSupport the transition of capabilities into operational environments through the development of transition plans and sustainment strategies.\nIdentify training requirements, develop training plans, and support capability uplift activities.\nMaintain and update ILS artefacts following system changes, testing outcomes, and capability enhancements.\nContribute to project management, engineering management, and risk management activities.\nProvide regular reporting on ILS progress, risks, issues, and project outcomes.\nAs the ideal candidate you will bring:\nProven experience as an Integrated Logistics Support Manager or Senior ILS Practitioner within Defence, Government, or complex engineering environments.\nStrong understanding of Defence acquisition, capability delivery, and sustainment frameworks.\nExperience developing and managing Defence ILS documentation and artefacts.\nDemonstrated ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities across multiple projects.\nExcellent written communication skills with experience preparing documentation for senior stakeholders and Government submissions.\nExperience supporting capability transition, sustainment planning, and training development activities.\nKnowledge of COMSEC, communications systems, ICT, or related Defence capabilities will be highly regarded.\nAll candidates will be required to hold and maintain an active NV1 Defence Security Clearance.
