Management\nDevelop and execute sourcing and category strategies for software, cloud services, cybersecurity, telecommunications, hardware, and technology services.\nLead supplier evaluations, RFI/RFP/RFQ processes, commercial negotiations, and contract awards.\nConduct market analysis, supplier benchmarking, and spend assessments to identify cost savings and value creation opportunities.\nSupplier & Commercial Management\nManage relationships with strategic technology suppliers and service providers.\nLead supplier performance reviews, governance activities, and issue resolution efforts.\nNegotiate enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, and technology services agreements to optimize commercial value and mitigate risk.\nStakeholder Partnership & Governance\nServe as a trusted procurement advisor to IT leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Risk Management, and business leaders to support technology initiatives and contract execution.\nEnsure compliance with procurement policies, governance requirements, audit standards, and regulatory obligations.\nProcurement Operations & Continuous Improvement\nAnalyze technologies.\nDevelop reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to enhance visibility and accountability.\nPeople Leadership\nLead, mentor, and develop procurement professionals and category specialists.\nProvide oversight for sourcing activities, negotiations, and contract management processes.\nFoster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.\nBasic Qualifications\nEducation & Experience:\nBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.\n8+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, IT procurement, vendor management, contract negotiation, technology category management, or a related procurement function.\n5+ years of leadership, supervisory, or team management experience.\nDemonstrated experience negotiating enterprise software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and technology services agreements.\nExperience leading complex sourcing initiatives and managing strategic supplier relationships in a corporate IT environment.\nExperience supporting enterprise technology procurement programs and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.\nTechnical & Leadership Skills:\nAdvanced knowledge of strategic sourcing, category management, supplier relationship management, and procurement best practices.\nStrong understanding of software licensing models, cloud consumption agreements, subscription services, technology services contracting, and vendor management practices.\nAdvanced contract negotiation and commercial management capabilities, including risk assessment and mitigation.\nStrong financial analysis, spend management, cost modeling, and total cost of ownership evaluation skills.\nDemonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence business and technology stakeholders.\nExcellent supplier performance management, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills.\nStrong project management, planning, organizational, and prioritization capabilities.\nExcellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.\nStrong commercial judgment, problem-solving ability, and business decision-making skills.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, procurement platforms, spend analytics tools, contract management solutions, and supplier management systems.\nPreferred Qualifications\n10+ years of experience in technology procurement, strategic sourcing, and supplier management.\nExperience supporting global organizations and multi-business-unit operating environments.\nExperience leading IT vendor management, Software Asset Management (SAM), Technology Asset Management (ITAM), or Cloud Financial Management (FinOps) programs.\nKnowledge of ERP and procurement platforms such as Deltek, SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, ServiceNow, Workday, or similar enterprise systems.\nProfessional certifications such as CPSM, CPM, CPSD, CSCP, PMP, ITAM, SAM, FinOps Certified Practitioner, or equivalent credentials.\nExperience negotiating enterprise agreements with major technology providers, including
